CARPET & UPHOLSTERY CLEANING PROCESS
1.) DISCOVERY & INSPECTION
Upon arrival, we will meet with you to talk about your overall concerns pertaining to your carpet or area rugs, and work to understand your cleaning needs. We will then preform a thorough walkthrough inspection of the area, in order to learn more about the surface. During this stage, we note the material makeup of your carpets and area rugs; look for problem areas; identify high-traffic areas; and use a high-powered UV light to uncover hidden petstains that may not be visible to the naked eye. After our walkthrough inspection, we use the information gathered to create a tailored treatment plan for your surface.
2.) PRETREATMENT
After our Discovery and Inspection, we use the information gathered to create a custom cleaning solution for your soft surface. Solution types are chosen based on carpet material, soil level, traffic level, and other factors. Once we have your pretreatment cleaning solution identified, we apply the pretreatment to all areas of your carpet – not just the high-traffic areas. We allow the treatment to sit on the surface for at least 10 minutes, giving the solution time to dissolve and emulsify the soils.
3.) AGITATION
Once the pretreatment has had time to dwell into the carpet, we begin Power-Scrubbing the surface with our high-quality CRB (Counter Rotating Brushes) Carpet Cleaning Machine. This special type of carpet-cleaning machine was created to clean deeply into carpet fibers, while simultaneously extracting and absorbing hair, dirt and other debris from your carpet. As well, the machine will concurrently reset the carpet pile, which is especially helpful for matted areas of the carpet.
4.) EXTRACTION
This next step is where the, magic happens! Utilizing our powerful truck-mounted machines, we continue to deep-clean using our exclusive, “hot water extraction process.” This particular process produces water/solutions at high temperatures (up to 240 degrees), which enable us to breakdown and cut-through the toughest soils and grime, which reside deep down inside the fibers of your carpet or fabric.
5.) SPEED DRY
Because the CRB Machine uses 98% less water, the dry-time for your carpet will be much less, than traditional carpet cleaning systems. As we complete each carpeted surface or area rug, we place an industrial floor fan in the entryway to “speed dry,” your freshly cleaned carpet or upholstery. Adding this extra step helps achieve dry times of 2-6 hours. Speed Drying not only works to dry the surface faster, but it also prevents the wicking of stains.

HARDWOOD FLOORING CLEANING PROCESS
1.) DISCOVERY & INSPECTION
Upon arrival, we will meet with you to talk about your overall concerns pertaining to your wood flooring; we'll identify problem areas; and work to understand your cleaning needs. We then preform a thorough walkthrough of the area to learn more about the surface in order to address issues properly and choose the right solution for your needs.
2.) PRETREATMENT
After our Discovery and Inspection, we choose the best cleaning solution for your wood flooring. Using our Basic Coatings® Dirt Dragon™ Wood Floor Scrubber, the cleaning solution is dispensed onto your hardwood floors to help clean and break down stains, dirt and grime. As we move the machine over each section of flooring, Cleaning Steps 2-5 are completed in a single pass of the Basic Coatings® Dirt Dragon™ Wood Floor Scrubber.
3.) AGITATION
As the Basic Coatings® Dirt Dragon™ Wood Floor Scrubber applies the cleaning solution, it simultaneously begins the "agitation process," as it starts to power-scrub your floor. This machine is specifically engineered to deep-clean wood floors using a custom-designed cylindrical brush that gets rid of dirt without affecting the flooring finish. The Dirt Dragon has adjustable head pressure and variable solution flow, so that the machine can adapt to the requirements of your particular hardwood.
4.) EXTRACTION
Using our Dirt Dragon™ Wood Floor Scrubber While simultaneously applying the cleaning solution and power-scrubbing your floors, the Basic Coatings® Dirt Dragon™ uses its exclusive, powerful water containment vacuum system to fully extract all the dirt, grime, and surface contaminants that were broken down just milliseconds before.
5.) SPEED DRY
The Basic Coatings® Dirt Dragon™ Wood Floor Scrubber has a,"built-in" Speedy Dry component. Using its exclusive, powerful water-containment vacuum system, the machine fully extracts all of the dirt, grime, and cleaning solution from your hardwoods. This means once we finish your hardwood deep-clean, your floors will be dry and ready to use!

If you have chosen an add-on treatment or a cleaning enhancement such as our No-Sanding Hardwood Floor Refinishing System or our Hardwood Micro Polish Gloss – we will apply those treatments at the appropriate stage of our cleaning process.
TILE & GROUT CLEANING PROCESS
1.) DISCOVERY & INSPECTION
Upon arrival, we will meet with you to talk about your overall concerns pertaining to your tile and grout surfaces. We will identify problem areas, and work to understand your cleaning needs. We then perform a thorough walkthrough of the area to learn more about the surface so that we may properly address any issues and choose the right solution for your surface's needs.
2.) PRETREATMENT
After our discovery and inspection, we use the information gathered to choose the best pretreatment solutions for your tile and grout. Solution types are chosen based on material & color, soil level, traffic level, and other factors. We then apply the tailored solution to all areas of your surface – not just the areas that need extra attention.
3.) AGITATION
Using our high-quality CRB (Counter Rotating Brushes) Machine and tile-specific brushes, we begin power-scrubbing your tile and grout. This special type of cleaning machine was created to clean deeply into the porous surfaces of your tile and grout – allowing us to remove, trap and absorb dirt, grime, and other contaminants.
4.) EXTRACTION
Using our exclusive, “hot-water extraction,” Turbo Force Hybrid Tile & Grout Cleaning Tool, we are able to thoroughly breakdown and cut-through the toughest of soils and grime occupying the porous surface of your tile and grout. The Turbo Force Hybrid operates at pressures up to 2,500 PSI and will clean 400–1,000 square feet per hour. This deep-cleaning machine – in conjunction with the hot-water extraction process, will emulsify all the dirt, grime, spills, stains, and scuffs from your tile and grout. For hard to reach, or uneven surfaces – like brick fireplaces, showers, countertops, backsplashes, or tiled walls, we use the Turbo Force Cobra Detail Tool. This tool features a single jet that concentrates up to 2,500 PSI to helps us power through the toughest dirt and grime in the most hard-to-reach areas. The emulsified dirt, grime, and other surface contaminants are then extracted from the surface utilizing the Turbo Force Hybrid’s powerful Patented Automatic Vacuum Compensator.
5.) SPEED DRY
During the extraction process, our Turbo Force Hybrid Tile & Grout Cleaning Tool utilizes its Patented Automatic Vacuum Compensator to extract all of the solution, water, and grime produced during cleaning – which leaves your tile dry and ready to use upon completion.
