HOW DO I GET AN ESTIMATE FOR SERVICES?
Reach out to us via phone, email or our any of our website contact forms. We will connect with you to gather information on the scope of the service. If needed, we will come out to measure the surface area in order to provide you with a proper estimate.
WHERE SHOULD I BE ON THE DAY OF MY CLEANING APPOINTMENT?
We are happy to work with each client to accommodate their schedule. While we are cleaning, you may be onsite or offsite. As long as we have a way to enter your home, office, etc., you are welcome to schedule your appointment to take place while you're at work or another activity.
WHAT SHOULD I DO BEFORE YOU ARRIVE?
We kindly ask our customers to do a few things before we arrive in order to ensure we work quickly and efficiently:
Vacuum any flooring or upholstery before we arrive.
Pick up any small things laying around (i.e. toys, blankets, pillows, floor mats, and anything that may be lying on the surface that needs cleaning.
Remove any furniture, baskets, trashcans, or other household decor/items that you would like us to clean under. If you have issues with moving things, please let us know before-hand so we can accommodate you.
To ensure our safety, and the safety of your pets, we ask that you put your pets in an area where we will not disturb them.
ARE YOUR CLEANING PRODUCTS SAFE?
The short answer is, yes. As a Father of three, Owner, Nick Craig understands the importance of not only having cleaning products and methods that really work – but also the significance of using cleaning solutions that are safe for humans and animals! When choosing effective cleaning products, we search for products that are "green," non-toxic, and safe for humans; after all, we are cleaning surfaces you will come in contact with! We especially look at product labels, aiming to avoid products with any type of warning labels, caution statements, or special handling/exposure instructions. We also utilize high-quality cleaning machinery that offers powerful cleaning within its own operating system. We relay on our machines to do a lot of the "heavy lifiting" when it comes to cleaning your surfaces.
