DISCOVERY & INSPECTION
Upon arrival, we will meet with you to talk about your overall concerns pertaining to your upholstery, and work to understand your cleaning needs. We will then perform a thorough inspection of the area, in order to learn more about the surface. During this stage, we note the material makeup of your upholstery; identify problem areas; and use a high-powered UV light to uncover hidden stains that may not be visible to the naked eye. After our inspection, we use the information gathered to create a tailored treatment plan for your surface.

PET TREATMENT
Have pets? We can help! As animal lovers and pet owners ourselves, we know the toll an animal can have on your fabrics and upholstery. From stubborn stains and soils, to funky smells – our furry family members can make it difficult to keep our soft surfaces clean. That is why we offer a special Pet Treatment for our pet-owner clients. We use high-powered UV lights to scour your fabrics for pet stains – even ones you may not be able to see with the naked eye. We then treat those soiled areas with natural, yet industrial strength hydrogen peroxide in toder to deep clean, and disinfect your surface. We let the solution sit for some time to maximize the extraction result. We then follow our 5-Step Upholstery Cleaning Process to bring your fabrics and upholstery back to life!
UPHOLSTERY DEODORIZATION
If you're needing an extra scent boost throughout your home, consider our Fabric Deodorization service enhancement! After a thorough, deep-clean utilizing our 5-Step Process, we apply a safe, deodorizing solution to your most-used soft surfaces, that will quickly eliminate foul odors and subdue odor causing bacteria and organisms. The products we use don't just mask the smelly scent - they eliminate it! We have an array of seasonal scents to choose from that will leave your upholstery and home, smelling clean and fresh!
TOUGH STAIN REMOVERS & UPHOLSTERY PROTECTORS
We use two safe, effective products to offer additional stain removal and protection to your fabric surfaces. The Shaw Total Care "Green" Carpet STAIN & SOIL Remover Concentrate tackles the toughest soils and stains. We can use this product as a pre-spray/extraction cleaner, or can add it to the surface after cleaning. This solution deep-cleans fibers, while leaving a protective barrier on the surface that guards against future stains and soils; and leaves your upholstery clean and soft.
You can also utilize our 3M™ Scotchgard™ Carpet and Upholstery Protector, which is applied after the upholstery is dry. This solution surrounds carpet fibers with an invisible barrier to help protect the fabric from soils and spills. The barrier allows for easier removal of dried spills and stains, which extends the time between restorative upholstery cleanings.
